Order Cancellation
In any case whereby payment is made for ordered items and item has not
been sent out yet, we will be able to cancel the order. However, only 50%
of payment (includes amount with delivery charges) will be refunded.
Exchange or Return of Item
Any exchange or return of item is only available when there is a mistake in
me giving the wrong size, color, or design you specified.
Faulty Items
All items will be checked before sending out to avoid any case of faulty
items. Therefore, items will not be exchanged/refunded/returned for this
reason.
Received Wrong Items
In this case, please contact us by our email, and we will get back to you
ASAP and gladly exchange it for you. :)
Lost Mails
We will send items to you via 2 kinds of mails that you can choose from:
registered and unregistered. The price varies according to the type of mail
you choose from. For unregistered mails, we will not be liable for any loss
during delivery.
